Hospital is looking to expand their Hospitalist program by hiring 4 new Hospitalists. 162 bed hospital with 10 ICU beds and 21 Telemetry beds is looking for Hospitalists to work 7on/7 off 12 hour shifts 24 weeks a year. ICU coverage required, average patient census 12-15. The hospital has a 24/7 ER and specialists are available for consultation. The hospital serves a population of 150K in a surrounding 60 miles area. Starting salary in the $200-210K range with sign-on bonus, retention bonus and excellent benefits which include 30 days off, CME with stipend, Malpractice with tail coverage, health and potential loan repayment.
