The Austin Medical Center is an integrated medical center with a staff of 70 physicians and an 80 bed hospital. The Austin Medical Center is affiliated with the Mayo Health System, and has recently completed a major expansion and remodeling project. Regional clinics are located in Adams, Blooming Prairie, Grand Meadow and LeRoy, MN.

Hours/Shifts: Weekday: 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.; 7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. Weekends: 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.; 5:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. The four full time hospitalists would cover a twelve hour day shift every fourth weekend. The night shifts on weekends would be covered by FP and IM physicians or Mayo Fellows.
