North Shore of Boston, private practice serving two sister hospitals. One community hospital is approximately 250 beds and the other hospital is approximately 40 beds. Currently recruiting for 40 bed hospital, additional stipend of $10,000 per year added to base salary. 24/7 coverage. Group currently has 20 physicians and is adding 2 to 3 additional hospitalists to provide coverage to additional primary care practices in the community. Program is also beginning to add mid-level support to their program. Starting salary $171,000, 2 to 5 years salary $184,800, 5+ years $196,000. Excellent benefits with partnership track.
