Hospitalist Director Opportunity in the Boston Area
180+ bed hospital located just north of Boston is actively seeking a Medical Director to head up existing well respected program. 24/7 Hospitalist program was recently brought in house/Hospital employed and is expanding rapidly due to over demand in the area. Group is looking to expand from 4 to 8 within the next few months and new Director will be responsible for implementation of scheduling and recruitment efforts. Practice model currently works on a 7 on 7 off, with Director will work a 40% Administrative and 60% clinical role. Base pay with stipend in the mid 200ks, full benefits including malpractice, Insurances and Retirement plan. Experienced Director or Associate Director preferred, though any Hospitalist with a good background is welcome to apply.
