I do the Physician recruitment for the Hospitalist program at South Shore Hospital . 20 minutes to downtown Boston and affiliated with the Brigham.
Boston region- minutes south of the City in one of the most desired regions of Boston with excellent schools. Salary is $200k for newly graduating physicians and $220k for experienced there is also a productivity bonus. 17 total shifts per month this includes 5 shifts rounding in the ER. No call, 1 overnight shift per month (nights are covered by full time Nocturnists.) 17 patients per day. No ICU coverage. 24 hour Critical Care and Anesthesia services provided by the hospital. Full benefits package including malpractice, Health, Dental and Disability Insurance. .700 member medical staff with 16 k surgeries yearly and 77k ER visits, ICU covered 24/7 by Intensivists, program with about 40 with very strong leadership and experience. Full EMA. One of the best Hospitalist programs in the Eastern Massachusetts region.
