Maine Hospitalist

-6 full time Hospitalists on staff, includes the Medical Director. -Shift is 3 weeks on-7am-5pm m-f, then 1 week off. Then 1 week of nights-11pm-7am m-f, then 1 week off. Then back to the 3 weeks on. The physician would also work every 4th weekend, fluctuates between day and night shift. -Hospitalists will do procedures and work in the ICU, no Intensivists on staff. -150 Beds in Hospital, brand new Emergency Care facility. -Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Board Eligible is OK if you are just out of school. -They will look at 2009 graduates. -Base Salary is $168K, also opportunity for $10K in incentives. -Full Benefit package, relocation, and CME allowance.
