Our Medical Center and Heart Hospital is looking to add an additional hospitalist. This opportunity is an employed model. This is a shift position with no call. Opened in 2003 in the heart of the Parish, our Medical Center and Heart Hospital is an acute care facility noted nationally for its excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease as well as disease and injury affecting the spine. The currently 58-bed hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, and a 24-hour heart attack intervention center. It serves patients from Tangipahoa, Washington and Parishes in Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast counties.
