Join a Winning Team! High Income Potential & Quality of Life We have 4 full-time hospitalist and 3 part-time. We are currently looking to add one more full-time hospitalist to our program. The shift would consist of 7am to 7pm for a total with a 7 day on, 7 day off schedule or a total of 15 (12) hour shifts per month. Employer will provide Physician a base compensation equal to ($15,833) per month ($190,000). Physicians who exceed 20 shifts per month will be paid an equivalent hourly rate. o Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 o Relocation: $12-15K o CME: $2,500 annually o Malpractice coverage o Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance o Roughly 15 encounters daily Our Hospital is a 259-bed (soon to be 304) JCAHO-accredited acute care facility that is located in south central Kentucky. We recently completed a $55 million project that added a five story patient tower, 25 additional acute-care beds and the addition of a three-level parking garage attached to our hospital. Our construction included expansion areas for our Rehab Unit, Neurosciences Institute and Heart & Lung Institute. Over the past Five years, the hospital has experienced extraordinary growth in the areas of service expansion, renovation and technology purchases and upgrades.
