Large hospitalist group is starting a new hospitalist programs in Southwestern Indiana.
Work at only one facility. Block scheduling, 7 days on and 7 days off. 12 hour shifts both day and night. Both groups will hire four physicians and a director. The census will be between 15 and 20.
This will be an employed position with a base starting at $150,000 for a new resident plus productivity bonuses, malpractice with tail, life insurance, disability, $2,000 CME allowance, 3 additional weeks vacation, health/dental with small co-pay and a 401K starting in January with 2% matching.
The community in under 1 hour from Evansville and Terre Haute and offer tons of outdoor activities and great family environment.
