Join private group of 4 Hospitalists that are looking to expand to 7. Group is wanting to move to 24/7 coverage. Physicians work 8 hour shifts while typically seeing 15 to 18 patients. Candidates would be expected to work 2 night shifts per month and 1:4 weekends. Compensation in the $165K to $193K range plus production incentive plus full benefit package and partnership potential. Some intensive care work is required but CC certified docs are in house 24/7.
