This is a great opportunity just outside of Indianapolis. Salary range is in the $190 to $210K range. There is also a bonus structure tied to wRVUs - for those physicians who are motivated to work above and beyond. For now the shcedule is Mon-Fri with call being 1:5. However, this will change to a 7 on 7 off structure once 2 more hospitalists are hired.
