Full time employed position as a Hospitalist at a 230 bed regional medical center.
Work in the medical surgical/ICU/CCU (11 beds each) units with step-down units.
Join three full time, 2 part time physicians and a midlevel. Rotate a schedule of 7 day shifts/7night shifts. Typical daily census of 14 to 16 patients. Guaranteed salary, $180,000 to $200,000 range with a signing bonus. Comprehensive benefit package; malpractice, health, dental, 401, etc.
Practice is located in the heart of Southeast Georgia, at the northern tip of the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge. Local population of 35K and the County of Ware has 50K. It is a place of business and industrial development. This is a city filled with Southern hospitality and charm. From the Historic Downtown district to the swamplands of the Okefenokee, there is something for everyone. And if looking to adventure out, the coast is one hour away and Jacksonville, FL two hours away.
