A successful Broward County hospitalist group is expanding minutes from Fort Lauderdale. Work a 7on/7off block schedule consisting of scheduled days and 24 hour call every other night, at which time the physician does not need to stay in-house. The hospitalist arrange the schedule as such to avoid working a week straight of nights. There is an intensivist on call for consults as well. The group works out of one facility just ten minutes north of Boca Raton, Florida. This position is open due to immediate growth and the group is offering a very competitive salary with malpractice coverage and full benefits. The base salary is $170,000 - $180,000 and above. It is negotiable based on the physician's experience. The hospital is conveniently located just minutes from Fort Lauderdale.
