4.Central CT.-Full Time Hospitalist: Seeking full-time and part-time Hospitalists to join well-established, successful Hospitalist group in an expanding program in a medium-sized community hospital. Hospital is both Magnet-certified and Solucient Top 100. Teaching opportunities available. Competitive compensation and benefits, plus generous incentive bonus. Beautiful area with excellent schools, close to shoreline. Full time hospitalist schedule: 40 hours per week in five 8 hour shifts, up to 12 weekends per year (one 12 hour shift each day). Usually able to give Monday and Tuesday off following a weekend worked. Shifts mostly evenings (3pm to 11pm), but would be willing to consider a well qualified candidate who prefers mostly days, with evening shifts about 12 weeks per year and night shifts (11pm 7am) no more than two weeks per year. Part time hospitalist opportunity: 7am 5pm Saturday and Sunday, 20 hours per week, includes benefits and opportunities to work extra shifts for additional pay.
