Full time: 40 hours per week (5 days, 8 hours each day), mostly day shifts (7a-3p), 6-12 weeks per year of evenings (3p-11p), possibly one or two weeks per year of nights (either 4 shifts of 8 hours (11p-7a) and one evening shift or 4 10-hour shifts(9p-7a)). 4 paid weeks vacation, 1 paid week CME, 10 paid hospital holidays, malpractice included, no tail coverage necessary. Pay range $155,000-165,000 depending on experience plus up to 16% incentive bonus. Up to $2500 for CME. Full benefits. Weekend Part Time: 20 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, each 7a-5p 4 paid weeks (week here defined as 20 hours) vacation, 1 paid week CME, 10 paid hospital holidays (paid as 1/2 days since this position is 1/2 time), malpractice included, no tail coverage necessary. Pay range $93,000-$99,000, depending on experience plus up to 16% incentive bonus. Up to $1250 for CME. This could be 36 hours (10 hours Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours Monday and Tuesday), with a pay range of $156,0000-$165,000, or it could be 40 hours (10 hours daily Saturday through Tuesday), with a pay range of $171,000 to $182,000.
