Hospitalists-Hartford area Central Connecticuts largest privately owned multispecialty group, in conjunction with Hartford Hospital, the nationally recognized health center and premier teaching site for the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Residency Programs, seeks an exceptional individuals to work as Hospitalists. This position offers a highly competitive salary and generous benefits package, faculty appointment with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine commensurate with experience, the chance to work with a superb medical staff, and the opportunity to live in an area with excellent schools and abundant recreational and cultural resources. Very competitive salary and benefits. Large multi-specialty group with large hospital affiliation is adding 3 FTE to current 11 FTE Hospitalist group. Day position 7on/7off. 12 hour blocks. Minimal nights Night call backed up by residents. No ICU coverage. Affiliated with the University of Connecticut. Salary commensurate with local market and experience, usually starting salary is $150,000 - $170,000 with generous bonus incentive plan ($55,000 average) Note: at full incentive bonus possible to achieve total pay of $200.000+. 2 year guaranteed partnership track with partners making close to $300k. Relocation from out of state up to $5000, in state up to $2500. Excellent benefit package. Also seeking a Nocturnist: Academically affiliated Acute Care Hospital located in Central CT is seeking 2 Nocturnists to join existing group due to expansion of services. 7 on 7 off schedule. 7pm to 7 am. 12-15 patients per night with 6 admissions. Experience with codes and stable vents a plus. $190k plus productivity. Full benefits including malpractice coverage with the ability to moonlight as well.
