Hartford area: Large multi-specialty group adding to current 5 hospitalists and 2 physician assistants. Day position 7on/7off. Night call backed up by residents. Starting salary $125,000 with generous bonus incentive plan (typically a minimum of $30,000 and up to $55,000 per year) Note: at full incentive bonus possible to achieve total pay of $180,000. 2 year employment contract and then partnership track.
