Connecticut Hospitalist

Hartford area: Large multi-specialty group with large hospital affiliation is adding 3 FTE to current 11 FTE Hospitalist group. Day position 7on/7off. 12 hour blocks. Minimal nights Night call backed up by residents. No ICU coverage. Affiliated with the University of Connecticut. Salary commensurate with local market and experience, usually starting salary is $150,000 - $170,000 with generous bonus incentive plan ($55,000 average) Note: at full incentive bonus possible to achieve total pay of $200.000+. 2 year guaranteed partnership track with partners making close to $300k. Relocation from out of state up to $5000, in state up to $2500. Excellent benefit package. Also seeking a Nocturnist: Academically affiliated Acute Care Hospital located in Central CT is seeking 2 Nocturnists to join existing group due to expansion of services. 7 on 7 off schedule. 7pm to 7 am. 12-15 patients per night with 6 admissions. Experience with codes and stable vents a plus. $190k plus productivity. Full benefits including malpractice coverage with the ability to moonlight as well.
