This hospitalist group works in one of the top notch hospitals in the area. Every specialty on staff has its own on-call. Day shifts have 2-3 M.D.s and evenings have one. Your year end bonus is tied to quality.
* $122/hour * 12-15 shifts per month to qualify for full time * The year-end bonus is tied to quality * At the end of one year you can join the physician group with no buy in * Signing bonus of $15,000 * Relocation assistance * No ICU * The group covers malpractice and all overhead
