The group currently has 11 hospitalists and is replacing a physician who has accepted a fellowship. The schedule is 7 days on and seven days off all days. 11 hour shifts seeing 12 to 15 patients. No procedures. Work at only one hospital. The group is offering a $163,000 base plus quarterly productivity bonuses and year end quality bonuses. Average physician compensation totals $190,000 to $200,000 per year. They additional cover relocation, malpractice with tail, 401K, health/dental, CME allowance and more. They also offer profit sharing at the end of the year. It is located in one the most desirable area of the San Francisco Bay.
