Locum Medical has a Hospitalist opportunity in Northern California near Sacramento that will last through 2008. The rural hospital is looking for a Hospitalist to join an existing group rotating between day and night single coverage twelve (12) hour shifts. You'll be seeing a total of 20-25 patients per day which 3-5 of these patients will be admits into the ICU. The ICU has several beds with excellent nurse support. You will need to have the capability of performing central line placements.
