Hospitalist- independent contractor for Hospitalist group:Flexible schedule- you decide how many days in a month-Duties include rounding, new admissions/consults (open ICU but procedures or run code are not required. 15-20 patients encounters,5-10 admissions in a 24 hour period, optional off-site Night call 7p-7a, H&P and admit the next morning, No 24 hour admissions.
