Geriatrician needed in Boston. PACE (Elder Service) program, a comprehensive capitated program designed to maintain frail elders in the community. The Physician will provide primary care at home, in facilities or clinic including routine health maintenance, management of chronic conditions and acute illness in a strong interdisciplinary care team model. Physician should have1-2 years experience with Geriatric population. This is an adult day health center with more than 200 patients. Medical staff includes 2 physicians and 2 NP's. Very busy practice with cohesive medical staff. Great benefits and compensation package
