Volunteer Medical Center in Martin, Tennessee is seeking a board certified general surgeon to either establish their own practice OR join one other in a well-established 5 year old practice. With a general surgeon leaving the community, this is an ideal opportunity to capture an established patient base. Ideal candidate would commence practice August 2009.
Volunteer Medical Center is offering a competitive recruitment package that would consist of an excellent salary along with overhead expenses for the first year in either a cash collections guarantee scenario or direct hospital employment. We may also offer CME, relocation, marketing, sign on or commencement bonus, medical education debt repayment and/or monthly financial stipend throughout training.
