The hospital is committed to retain both retired physicians as part-time to assist with call and vacation back-up.Call will be 1:3. To support the new surgeons, the hospital has set up this practice with the option of transitioning to private ownership at the end of two years. The hospital has acquired the site, records and staff of the original surgical practice to assure the easiest transition for the patients.
