Join six surgeons (4 general and 2 100% VS) in a group. Well established group serving a regional area of 150,000. Hospital employment model. General surgery call is 1 in 4 and vascular will be 1 in 3. Laparoscopy fellowship desired but not required for general surgery. Opportunity for ownership in Ambulatory Surgery Center and other joint ventures. New hospital with 230 beds, is a referral center serving 7 counties. Income guarantee, production base based on RVUs, signing bonus and relocation

Complete benefit package with malpractice, health, 403b, etc. The ideal candidates must be board certified/ eligible, preferable university trained, and excellent interpersonal skills.
