Healthcare facility currently has three general surgeons on staff and is seeking a 4th due to growth in the community. Call is 1:2 (3rd GS does not take call). Must be B/C in general surgery and Florida licensed for consideration. This will be an employed solo position. No Trauma and limited ER call. Salary is based on MGMA scale. Full benefits package offered.
The City has a current population of approximately 15,500. The city lies between Tampa and Orlando just south of Lakeland. In the past few years the city has quadrupled its land area, becoming the second largest city in Polk County while maintaining a Hometown atmosphere.
