Hospital in East Central Florida plans to establish an adult kidney transplant program and is seeking a surgical director with a documented track record. Candidate must be a Transplant Fellow. Physician will share office with two other General Surgeons on hospital campus. Candidate will have 30-40 referrals per month. Candidate will start up program with first two months working with transplant team developing protocols (Nephrology pre & post surgical transplant coordinator, social workers and dieticians). Handsome compensation package with productivity bonus, malpractice, life, health, dental, 32 days of vacation/year, two week for CME, 403B retirement plan and $3,000 to help with relocation expenses.
