Wellington Regional Medical Center Florida is assisting an established private practice in Wellington, Florida (West Palm Beach area) in their recruitment of a General Surgeon to join the group.
This is an established respected group of 4 surgeons with a large referral base. They have a very busy surgery practice - bread and butter surgery caseload as well as more complex surgeries including bariatrics. Call will be 1:5.
A solid compensation package to include income guarantee, productivity bonus and benefits will be offered. There is a 2 year partnership track. The surgeons in the group do cases at 3 hospitals in the Wellington / West Palm Beach area. The group has one office on the WRMC campus.
