Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida is assisting a busy, established private practice in the recruitment of a new surgeon to the practice.
The current surgeon is very experienced and does general and vascular cases at 2 Bradenton area hospitals. There is no ER hospital call required but the new surgeon can opt for call coverage if they like. There is one RN surgery assistant new support staff will be added as needed for the new surgeon. The office is fully staffed and efficiently managed.
A new surgeon in the practice will be able to do all general bread and butter as well as more complicated cases depending on practice interests and training. Laparoscopic training and skills are preferred.
This practice has a strong referral base and reputation for quality patient care. Other physician surgeons in the community welcome a new surgeon to the area and it is expected that the new surgeon will have a busy caseload quickly.
A very competitive compensation package with partnership track and ownership in the practice will be offered.
