Colorado General Surgery

A facility located in the southwestern part of Colorado seeks to hire a General Surgeon to join their practice. Ideal candidates would be out of residency by several years and Board Certified. The physician will work with 3 other General Surgeons and be on-call on a 1:4 rotation. The physician will work a 4 day work week and be responsible for typical general surgery cases including: Elective cholecystectomies, GI cancers, laparoscopic hernia repair, hernia surgery, breast surgery, GI surgery, thyroid and emergent general surgery appendicitis, perforated diverticulitis, bowel obstructions, diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopies and colonoscopies. The client is offering an excellent compensation and benefits package including open vacation time with paid CME. Paid malpractice, relocation assistance and full family benefits.
