Multi-specialty medical group dedicated to physician success and patient satisfaction seeks a BC/BE General Surgeon to join one other surgeon in multi-specialty group with call of 1:2 and ER call of 1:6 with additional $20K - $30K per year for seeing OCP when on ER call. Bread and butter surgery with laparoscopic skills a must. Large Medicare population, Champus, private insurance, Medi-Cal.

Two year salary guarantee of $220K plus $25K signing bonus and additional $10K bonus at 18 months. Shareholder status after 2 years. Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, malpractice insurance, relocation expenses up to $8K, vacation and CME. Service area of 140K. New surgery center built in 2005. No Managed Care!

The physician-directed administration is sensitive to provider needs and strives to offer each physician a manageable workload and reasonable call system.
