We are assisting a health system in the recruitment of a 3rd GI to join their group practice. Health system consists of a 400 bed hospital, which employs 100 physicians in their multi-specialty group. Organization operates under a TRUST. There are currently 3 Gastroenterologists in the group located in one of their new medical buildings next door to the ambulatory surgery center. Procedures can be done at the hospital and the surgery center. Call will be shared on a 1 in 6 rotation on weekends, with 3 other physicians in private practice located in the community. Health system will offer a 3 year employment agreement including an incentive plan based on RVUs, full benefits with 35 total days off, $12,500 for fees, dues, CME courses/travel expenses, insurances and much more.
