Currently have four on staff, call ratio would be 1:5. 100% gastroenterology. Fellowship training in special procedures, including therapeutic ERCP, required. Complete diagnostic capabilities, and ambulatory surgery center in-house! Salaried for first year while the practice builds, then switch to full productivity (no risk!).
