Pennsylvania Gastroenterology

We have a wonderful opportunity to join an established practice close to Philadelphia. This is a well-established, four physician, 100% GI practice in a growing, family-oriented community in beautiful Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are looking for a young, energetic, personable, highly skilled BC/ BE Gastroenterologist. This person should have excellent people, clinical and endoscopic skills. The candidate must be well-trained in diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, including therapeutic ERCP. We are offering a guaranteed salary of 250k for the first year, and partnership starting the second year. An equal partner who is capable of fostering excellent relationships with patients and referring physicians should be able to earn 350k to 400k in that second year (based on productivity). The benefit package is generous and includes all insurances (health, dental, disability, life, malpractice), a $2000 per year medical allowance for bills not paid by insurance, a $2000 allowance for car expenses, 1 week per year educational leave with a $3000 allowance for conference/travel costs, and an excellent pension plan (allowing for nearly 30k a year to be put into the plan for fully vested physician participants).
