- Any unrestricted active state license
- Clinic and Procedures (upper endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopies)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:00p, with call
- NPI, BLS, and ACLS required
- Computer Literate
- Long-term availability preferred
