Currently seeking a Gastroenterologist to jointhis multi-specialty practice. The successful doctor will be proficient in all GI procedures and will have resident teaching responsibilities as well as a hospital practice. The position pays a salary of $300,000 plus production incentives. Our physicians receive a full array of benefits including 20 working days of vacation annually, increasing with seniority, to 33 working days with an additional 30 working days a year at full pay for sick leave. A retirement plan is available after the first year and there is an immediate opportunity to contribute to a 403(b) plan. The group pays state and local medical society dues for its doctors on an annual basis. Malpractice insurance is provided. Additional benefits include a week of CME going to two after the second year, long term disability, life insurance, cafeteria plan, family health and a dental plan. Call coverage will increase to 1:5 once the new physician is on board. Quality of life is a common phrase when referring to this area of North Dakota.
