Maryland Gastroenterology

A large multi-specialty group, only 35 minutes from D.C. in the state of Maryland, is seeking a permanent Gastroenterologist to join their group. There is currently one other gastroenterologist in the group and she is booking 3 months out. The compensation package will include a salary of 300k or more with potential bonus until partnership which is offered between 12-18 months. The offer will also include relocation allowance, malpractice insurance, all standard benefits, 3 weeks vacation and 1 week for CME. The nearby hospital is also renovating the endoscope surgical center and making it a state-of-the-art facility. Negotiations are also underway for profit sharing at this surgical center.
