Louisiana Gastroenterology

A Gastroenterologist is needed on a locum tenens basis at the VA medical center in Shreveport, Louisiana. The assignment will begin in March of 2009 will continue seven months. Gastroenterologist will provide GI clinic services as well as inpatient services. A valid medical license is required for the position, although it does not have to be a LA license. As with many VA job opportunities, a medical license from any U.S. State or territory is all that is required. Your airfare, rental car, furnished apartment and malpractice insurance will be provided for this assignment. Shreveport is the cultural center of Northern Louisiana. You can expect the bright lights and fast action of the casinos, but excellent shopping and family entertainment is all around.
