Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Physician interested in providing Obstetric Care sought to join two others in Western Wisconsin. The selected physician will earn a competitive income guarantee for 12-18 months with a production based income after the guarantee period. We provide a solid benefits package which includes malpractice, health, dental, short-term/long-term disability, term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance are all provided. Vacation time is based upon years of employment and ranges from four to six weeks per year. Ten days of CME with a $4,500 allowance, $3000 is available for Board exam expenses, paid state medical license fees appropriate to the practice, relocation assistance, pension plan, several tax-deferred savings plans, and a deferred compensation plan also enhance this position.
