Washington Family Practice-OB

A clinic in north central Washington is in need of two Family Practice physicians with OB experience. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible and have a current Washington state medical license. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with one day working 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to cover evening clinic hours. You will take call 1 evening a week and weekend call is 1:6-1:8 depending on number of physicians currently on staff. This is a full scope Family Practice office with normal OB patients/deliveries. You will be responsible for rounding on your own patients and handling deliveries for your patients. When on call you can expect admits from the ER, rounding on 8-10 patients and deliveries for patients in the ER not associated with a physician. You will be working with a great support staff with one midlevel (NP or PA) to every two physicians and an additional RN and 2 MAs. If this is a good fit this can become a permanent opportunity.
