Local hospital is seeking to fill this position for the local health clinic and is offering full support for this endeavor. A competitive $160K income guarantee with no payback will be offered and an additional $60K can be expected in private billings for hospital patients and an additional $30K in patient encounter fees in the second half of the first year simply by the physician seeing an average of 23 patients per day, for a total first year income potential of $250K. If new physician does OB, you can expect an additional $20K in earnings.
