We are currently seeking a board-eligible/board certified family physicians to become partners in our Medical Group. Here is what is special about our opportunities:
Family Practice focused medical group and health system. Our Medical Group and Health System have a large number of family physicians involved in committees and leadership roles. For example, our President and the Chief Medical Officer are both family physicians. The core of the health system is a group of 80+ primary care providers, predominantly family physicians. The system also includes access to a full complement of specialty partners. A hardworking group, highly respected in the community with income well above national averages for primary care. Strong emphasis on lifestyle and family. Large call group. There is extensive on-call support, including RN telephone triage as well as optional hospitalist services. Nationally-recognized health system is cutting edge. The hospital is a Top 100 Hospital and a core member of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. We are currently rolling out a number of cutting-edge patient care initiatives such as Planned Care for chronic conditions. We have already achieved other milestones such as Advanced Access. Recreational activities are plentiful in any season. Boating and fishing on one of the many area rivers, the bay of Green Bay, or Lake Michigan are popular activities during the warmer months for the sports enthusiast.
