Wisconsin Family Practice

This is a full-time position, ongoing, with limited call responsibilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The patient census is about 15 scheduled visits and 6 walk-ins on average per day. The patient populations are about 50% adult, 20% pediatrics, and 30% geriatrics.
