West Virginia Family Practice

A facility in northern West Virginia is seeking a permanent Family Practitioner that is available to start in the summer or fall of 2009. This opportunity is outpatient only with a schedule of 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There are 3 other physicians on staff (2 FP's and 1 PED) and a nurse practitioner. The average amount of patients seen each day is 25 and the facility plans on adding another nurse practitioner this year. The salary package will include a base dependent on patients seen per day. For physicians see an average of 25 patients per day, the approximate salary will be 180K plus incentive and full benefits. Malpractice is offered under federal torte, with forever tail and student loan reimbursement also being offered. The facility is located only 1 hour from Washington D.C. and 1.5 hours from Baltimore.
