Replace physician who is leaving as her spouse could not find employment in the area. Physicians can do a lot of OB if desired. Mon thru Fri practice with traditional office hours. Work 4 day workweek. Group has established EMR system. See around 25 patients per day. Benefit from strictly outpatient practice aside from OB patients. Group utilizes hospitalist program. Physicians are not doing C-Sections. Competitive compensation + malpractice, health, 33 days vacation/CME, $10K relocation, 457 B with hospital contribution, etc. Most docs are making in the $200K range once established.
