Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is looking for a family medicine physician to join our team of providers. We are a non-profit provider of primary medical, dental, pharmacy and other support services in Everett and Lynnwood, two scenic, family friendly communities located 25 miles north of Seattle. Call Ratio is once every three to four weeks, via phone only. No OB. CHC serves the people of our diverse community, especially reaching out to those who face obstacles to health care.
