Excellent opportunity with a 1:14 call, soon to be totally Outpatient when Hospitalist program is fully staffed. Join a 100 physician multispecialty group with 21 specialties, admit to a 162 bed hospital which serves a population of 150K in a 60 miles area. The area has had a population growth that is projected to continue over the next few years so the new doctors will build up patient panels very quickly. There is also a rural satellite practice 30 miles from the hospital that is totally Outpatient now. 4 day work week, average of 20-25 patients a day. Starting salary $180K with sign-on bonus, excellent benefits include 30 days off, CME with stipend, Malpractice with tail, Health, disability, relocation and potential loan repayment.
Live in idyllic countryside with woods and lakes but still only a 90 minute drive to Minneapolis and one hour to St. Cloud. All the advantages of living in the suburbs without the traffic and with a growing population and plenty of space this is a thriving area.
