Centralia, Washington -- Providence Centralia Hospital and a local private practice group are partnering to bring an excellent Family Practice physician to serve the community. Practice is more than 30 years old and is currently comprised of three FP physicians with offices conveniently located in downtown Centralia. Full spectrum of patient ages, but largest proportion are in the over-50 population. Practice partners with hospitalists and obstetricians, so only call is phone response for your own patients. Computerized patient files. Practice prides itself on quality patient care -- no rushing of patients. Tenured office staff and team environment. Services include laceration repair, skin biopsies and excisions, vasectomies and minor procedures typical for an office-based practice. Providence Centralia Hospital is a high-tech 107-bed hospital serving a mixed rural/suburban area in southwest Washington. Our primary service area includes numerous small towns and has a total population of about 75,000. Our physicians and staff are known for taking time with patients and working collaboratively with each other to provide the highest quality of care.
Centralia is located in a semi-rural community of 75,000 located in scenic southwest Washington. The area features a mix of farm- and timberland threaded by a number of revered salmon and steelhead rivers.
