30 provider group in beautiful North-Central Virginia is looking to add two family practice physician at two different locations. The first openings is at their main office and will replace one of the founding partners that is retiring. This office has 4 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners. This physician has over 4,000 active charts. Work outpatient only Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 and one Saturday every 5 weeks from 8 to noon. Every doctor works with a nurse. See 30 patients per day. Outpatient work only as they use hospitalists for all admissions. Phone call is 1 in 5. Base salary starting in the $120,000 range but with the patient volume the production should exceed $200,000. The second opening the practice they are hiring for has two nurse practitioners and they are looking for a full time physician to compliment them. Work Monday to Friday from in the office and 1 in 3 phone call. They use hospitalists for all admissions. This is an employed position with a starting salary in the $120,000 range based on experience plus bonuses. Both positions included benefits of malpractice, relocation, health/dental/vision, $350,000 life insurance, short and long term disability, $2,000 CME allowance plus 1 week off and both the can roll over and vacation. This historic community 70 miles from Washington, DC and 40 minutes from Charlottesville.
