3 positions exist, all with Federally Qualified Health Centers. All positions are Outpatient only and require an ability to suture and do minor procedures. 2 of the positions are located within 15 minutes of the hospital, one is 40 minutes away. All positions offer a minimum guaranteed salary of $135K with productivity based bonus, once the doctor is established in practice they can earn as much a $185K. 4 day work week, 35 office hours. Malpractice, Family Health and Dental, 403B retirement, Malpractice, 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME with $3500 for first two years, then goes to 2 weeks. Up to $8K for relocation, Loan repayment program available.
